Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All sales of digital products are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
